American Dance Festival
American Dance Festival is a promotional mailer which turns into a poster. The piece would be used to promote coming to watch the group dances at the American Dance Festival. The folds, patterns, and colors are patterned to emulate the rhythm, movement, and energy of the dancers.
About the Design
The piece uses folds to create movement as well as layered typography with photo images. The colors are an energetic pink and lively purple contrasted with a dark blue in order to highlight diversity and accent the radiant motion in the dances.
